2017 CMAA CT Chapter Project Achievement Awards

Each year, America's leading professional construction and program managers deliver thousands of creative and innovative projects around the world.  In addition to the client's satisfaction and praise, CMAA believes you deserve recognition for your work.  If you have completed a project you're particularly proud of, one that you believe merits special acknowledgement, we invite you to nominate it for a 2017 CMAA CT Chapter Project Achievement Award.

This competition is open to all Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) members, as well as non-members.  To be eligible, projects, programs or program phases must have been constructed in Connecticut and must have achieved substantial completion during the period starting October 1, 2016 and ending September 30, 2017. 

Awards are bestowed in the following categories:

Infrastructure                                                                                                                                                                 (includes highway, transit, airports, ports, public works, etc.) with:

  • Constructed value less than $25 Million
  • Constructed value greater than $25 Million     

 

Buildings (New or Renonvation)                                                                                                               (includes education, health care, research, offices, commercial, residential, hospitality, federal, state, county, city, etc.) with:

  • Constructed value less than $25 Million
  • Constructed value greater than $25 Million

The 2017 Project Achievement Awards will be presented at the CMAA CT Chapter Industry Recognition Dinner to be held on Thursday, November 16th at The Hartford Club in Hartford CT.
